'God-breathed'.
Inspiration means that the Bible was written by God through
the agency of human authors, whose thoughts and actions were
directly guided by the Holy Spirit.
The Bible contains all that is necessary for man's salvation.
The individual writers had their own style and individuality,
and their life-style and background can be seen through their
writings. They were guided in their choice of words, and were
kept from all error. They were not always aware of the full
significance of what they were writing. This is particularly
true of the prophets who sometimes wrote about future events
which would not be fulfilled in their lifetime. Daniel is
a good example (see Daniel ch.12).
