In the Bible 'walk' frequently has the meaning of conduct,
or how we make our way in life, our spiritual progress: "Blessed
is the man who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked
or stand in the way of sinners
." (Psalm 1:1).
"Whether you turn to the right or to the left, your ears
will hear a voice behind you, saying, 'This is the way; walk
in it.'" (Isaiah 30:21).
"You have a few people in Sardis who have not soiled
their clothes. They will walk with me, dressed in white, for
they are worthy." (Revelation 3:4).
In modern translations of the New Testament, 'walk' is usually
changed to 'live' or 'life', but the meaning is the same.
